Former BC Derby winner, Longacres Mile runner-up and Hastings favourite
FIVE STAR GENERAL (above) ran for the first time for his new connections last weekend, following his recent sale at the Glen Todd Dispersal Sale. Making his first start of the season, the 6yo Distorted Humor horse, who was easy in the market, ran fourth in an Allowance Optional Claimer over 5½-furlongs at Emerald Downs. The race was won by the Blaine Wright-trained Top Executive.
